Have you purchased a copy of HealthFrame? If so, did you buy directly from Records for Living or did you purchase via a reseller? If you purchased with Records for Living, you should have received an email with your purchase receipt, containing your license code - sometimes the email gets blocked so it is important to accept email from support@RecordsForLiving.com. Please note the license code is also displayed on the web site screen at the time of purchase.
If you purchased HealthFrame with Records for Living, you can typically retrieve your license code by entering the email you used in your purchase at
http://www.recordsforliving.com/HealthFrame/ForgotLicenseCodes.aspx As an aside, please note there is a distinction between
registration and license codes.
