The "open" button is grayed out because HealthFrame does not recognize the password you entered.
Please note that passwords are case-sensitive, so please make sure you do not have CAPS-LOCK turned on.
If you still can't login, but you registered (Options/Register... menu item) the machine where you are using HealthFrame, you'll be able to get automated password assistance, by clicking on the "Forgot Password..." button at application startup time.
