  • Re: Window Size

Hi, Thanks for the quick response. My resolution is 1280x800 so that doesn't seem to be the problem. The initial background screen can't be resized because the small window that asks for the PHR has the focus and cannot be dismissed to enable changing the background window. Give it a try. I think it is the way that the app is programmed. I don't ...

  • Window Size

I want to open HealthFrame in a sizable window. As it stands now, the program always starts with a maximized window with a smaller window asking for file to open. If I open my PHR a new window appears. If I size that window and then close the program, when I then open the program again, I am presented with the maximized window and the smaller ...

Robert, Thanks for your input. See my reply above for details as to what I did to arrive at my 'problem'. Bill

  • Re: Dates of Tests

I'm not sure this answer will make sense to you, but here goes. I entered the doctor's visit first. Then I created a test record and found the name of the test in your database. I then filled in Ordered section entering the visit with the doctor. I then looked at the Administered By section and thought 'This test has not been administered yet'. I ...

  • Re: Location, location, location!

Thanks for the quick reply. The example you used for having more than one location to record is easily understood: however, the use of location name when used with providers (both organization and individual) was not as clear to me. As you know, the aim of relational databases is to keep data duplication/redundancy to a minimum. I entered a ...

  • Dates of Tests

On June 5th, I saw a provider who scheduled me for a X-ray test on June 27th with another provider. The date of the test in HealthFrame shows as June 5. It was a little confusing to another provider who I saw yesterday. He was shown a ''Medical Summary Report'' and he asked about the results of the test. I had to explain that the date shown was ...

  • Location, location, location!

Location is very important in determining real estate values; however, I'm having a problem in determining the use of the ''location name'' field in the providers screens. I can't find a reference to the fields in the Help files. It seemed to me that it was redundant when under the Medical Info section, there was a organization field. I hate to ...

  • Re: Additional phone field in provider records

Sorry to be so stupid! I never noticed the + and x to the right of the fields in provider screens. That's a great feature. I have used that feature in other areas but for some reason I usually thought of it as adding links, etc. versus adding fields. Kudos to the developer who worked that out. I visited my primary doctor yesterday and had to ...

  • Additional phone field in provider records

It would be handy to have another field to record a phone number in Provider records. For example, I have a work number and a home number for my primary care doctor. It would b nice if I could also record a FAX number while still retaining the other two. If all individual providers had an organization the FAX could be recorded there. There's only ...
