• Re: 24:00 Clock

Even in the States use of the 2400 time would be welcome, but please no colon(:). ..much easier to type 1350 than 13:50 and also the reason for using 2400 time rather than AM & PM designations. Simple is better. If/when this suggestion is implemented as an option it is recommended to globally change all the records previously entered

  • Note window re-sizing

The windows for entering information most times are only large enough to see two or three lines of text. The scroll feature is then used to view more lines. Something I believe can be programed is a feature that by double clicking on the window space, the window enlarges so that ten to 15 lines of text can be seen and edited. Another ...

  • Add Written Reports to TESTS

The TEST category has the ability to log Measurements but does not have the ability to enter written Clinical History, Comparison, Findings, Interpretation, etc. found on X-ray, CT, colonoscopy, endoscopy, and other diagnostic test reports. This kind of report can be scanned, true, but a waste of space for many(most?) that are one ...

  • Re: Sorting Names of Physicians

Another subject for two cents worth. In the >Home>Providers>Individuals list Provider names are shown first name-Last name. Many of us really aren't on a 'first name' basis with our doctors, so seeing the list with last name first would be much easier to use, especially since the list is in alphabetical order by last name anyway. Same ...

  • Re: List Limitations

    >Subsetting providers in two categories: individuals and organizations.< That is 'sort of ' the subject I was about to post. I do not comprehend the importance to identify, for example, the individual doctors with the organization they are affiliated with... and to have that organization name appear ...

  • Re: Communication with Support Personnel

Relative to your question - ''..... filter out all 'administrative support personnel'. Does this seem like something that would be useful to you? Alternativelly, we could 'default' filtering behavior so that support personnel would be typically excluded from reports.''. I would like to be able to properly identify the support ...

  • Communication with Support Personnel

One aspect of medical care these days is communication with the receptionist, referral coordinator, admin assistant, etc those other than the doctor or nurse. Conceivably Encounters>Communication category is intended for, lets say, the medical aspects where the Individuals and Organizations are the primary players. In a question, is the ...

  • Copy before you post your message

I took a while writing the previous post and found after clicking ''Post'' that I needed to ''Log in'' again. Fortunately I was able to Go Back, highlight the text and Ctrl-C my message, Log In, click on New Message and Paste the text. Just be careful not to exceed the time limit of the site Log In policy, or better yet, create the message ...

  • Problem with graphing tests

Customizing a user defined graph, the three values of the first test are all centered, one on top of the other, in the middle of the graph. One test value can not be distinquished from the other. Common, layman Item Names were used rather than decipher the assortment of complicated ''standardized measurement-type ...
