• HealthFrame Backups

When doing a PHR backup, is there an option to backup/copy the actual files linked by URL? It would be great if we could have a checkbox to select whether or not we want the URL files backed up or copied with the PHR. Many thanks, Esther

  • EOB's and Claim Numbers

I haven't been out here in a while, so I really don't know if this has been requested: Is there anyway to add a box for input of a claim number/EOB? And to have an option to sort visits by claim number/EOB? Thanks! Esther

Just a quick response for now. . .I had turned my modem completely off when I was having this issue. I will try it again later today and give a more complete response! Thanks!

  • Organization

I have a doctor who is a member of one organization (his practice), but then is also on staff at a hospital as well. Some times I see him in his office, and then some times at the hospital. At the same time, I have had a couple of emergency visits to the hospital at which time I see the ER doctor. My question is this: Is there a way to have a ...

  • Re: Linking Files by URL

I was just working off-line. . .scanning documents and then linking them to visits. It hasn't occurred to me before now that I cannot open a file/link unless I am connected to the internet. Other than attaching a file, is there any other options that can be had? Many thanks, Esther

  • Open-Health Plugin for Medical Visit Summary

It would be very helpful to have the option of having the time printed on the report as well as the information that is already included. Oh, and one other thing, it would be nice to be able to sort the medical visits either ascending or descending order by date. Many thanks!

  • Calendar

Three things with the calendar: The calendar doesn't display more than one ''visit''. For example, I have two ''visits'' on June 20th, but in calendar view, only one appears. I have to click on the date to have the two visits appear, and they appear only in a list below the calendar. I would like to have all visits on a particular day display ...

  • Importing Issues

I have two databases, one for my medical only, and then a second for my other activities, appointments, volunteer work, etc. I exported the medical database visits for the month of June and July, 2008, only. I then imported these medical visits into a newly created (third) database. I exported my ''other activities'' database for ALL ...

  • Export Issue

When exporting, there is a problem with using the export filter. For example, if I want to export the visits for just one month, using the dates export filter does not work. I have to go to visits and filter the dates there first, and then do the export, and even then I don't get only the dates that I want.

  • Re: Journal Display/Print

Yes, Yes, Yes, please do exactly that!!! I have entered several entries into one journal, one right after another. When I go to add a particular journal entry as addtional information to a visit, I have no idea which one I need to add without alot of effort. It would be really great if there was a way to identify which journal entry I am
