• Related Information - Expense -- Request

Thanks again for such a great product. With each doctor's appointment, I add an Expense item for mileage. Each time I visit a particular doctor, I have to re-enter the mileage information. It would be very nice if I could enter the ''Expense'' ''mileage'' information once into the database, and then every time I visit that doctor, I would just need ...

  • Re: This Program Cannot Display the Web Page - ERROR

I did try creating a Communication, and then linking the Visit. After saving, I clicked on the Visit link in the Communication. The same web error screen came up.I do not think that sending a snapshot of the file will be possible as it is somewhat large. Can we schedule a desktop sharing session to look at this. I have found the same thing happens ...

  • Medications

I believe I questioned the Rx Co-Pay question before, but maybe not the others: 1) Under Basic Information on the Expense Detail, is it possible to add ''Rx Co-Pay'' in the drop-down menu? This would be greatly appreciated for those of us on Medicare to track when we go into the doughnut hole. 2) Under Basic Information on the Expense Detail, ...

  • Re: Medical Visit Report

Thank you so very much for your response. Esther625: Is there an updated OpenHealth Service (OHS) Plug-in report for medical visit co-pays? The one I have does not produce a report with the specified date range, nor does it allow the list to be sorted. I would like to have an option sort the visits by date or by provider and, of ...

  • Re: EOB's and Claim Numbers

Hi there! I guess what I am mainly wanting to do here is to be able to quickly match up the EOB's to doctor's visits, hospital stays, secondary claims to hospital vists (i.e., radiology, lab, etc). In other words, when a statement comes in from a hospital stay, I would like to be able to pull up the hospital stay (date), and then be able to ...
