• Re: Useful health website

Thank you for the link suggestion! With HealthFrame, you can use the built-in linking mechanism to keep track of your favorite health-related web addresses (URLs). For instance, you can create a link from your condition page to as many related web sites as youd like to. Links are available pretty much everywhere in ...

  • Re: HealthFrame

HealthFrame Family edition is only intended to support maintaining 12 PHRs per computer. Through tricks - you can maintain more, but this would be awkward, and is not recomended. If you need to maintain more than 12 PHRs, please clarify how you are thinking of using HealthFrame, and why you need to maintain so many PHRs. We are working on ...

  • Re: HealthFrame

HealthFrame is complete and self-contained and you don't need to pay for any additional updates. This is the whole package. However - that doesn't mean there won't someday be future additional packages that work with HealthFrame and are optional. We do expect that to be the case.We offer free upgrades to minor updates (for example, the upcoming ...

  • Re: Home Page Info

This problem is most likely due to the dates that you specified for the condition or medications. By default, HealthFrame only displays ACTIVE medications and conditions - not past ones. You've probably specified a date range for the medications indicating that you no longer take them.See the attached image for how you can check the dates you've ...

  • Re: Is there any way to track medical expenses with this ?

HealthFrame 2.0 has now been released and here are some highlights of the expense management support. 1. Anywhere you can link 'related information' can also be used to track your medical expenses (visits, treatments, medications, medical devices, etc). 2. • Re: Printing a List of Providers

Dear Bill, Thank you for the suggestion. We expect in the HealthFrame 2.x timeframe to support a number of new reports and we appreciate your input. We assume you'd like a list of the providers, including role (PCP, cardiologist, RN, etc), combined with their contact information. Is that correct? In the meantime, you can use the

  • Re: Hospitalizations and Surgery

Thanks for bringing up these questions. Perhaps they highlight areas where we need to improve our documentation. 1. You can enter hospitalization information in the Visits section. Simply select the 'hospitalization' visit type and when you generate the medical history summary report, they'll be shown in the hospitalization ...

  • Re: Recovering life-time health records

Unfortunately, medical records are not guaranteed to be preserved for the entirety of an individual's life. There is a useful link on the internet that lists legal requirements for the retention of medical records, by state: http://www.ahca.org/hipaa/state_mr_retention_laws.pdf This list may be outdated (Sept. 04), but it illustrates ...
