• Re: Can I print lists of providers or medications or custom lists?

Dave, As you know, HealthFrame 2.0.3 includes a number of pre-built reports. The medical history summary report, for instance, can be customized to display the subset of information you are interested in - for medications or invidivual providers. (You can read more about customizations in the built-in HealthFrame help - or ...

  • Re: Calendar

Tests and treatments do not have a time field associated with them. That is why times do not get displayed in the calendar for either of them. Please note that 'other' events actually do display the time in the calendar. Thanks for the suggestion to add those fields. It is added in our suggestions for our next major ...

  • Re: Day to day health

Finally, the sample personal health record that I created to illustrate my answers are attached to this thread. If you simply want to experiment with this PHR, here's what you can do: 1. Download an evaluation copy of HealthFrame from our website (you have 15 days to evaluate for free) 2. Unzip the attached file 3. Restore the back up ...

  • Re: Day to day health

You also asked if there is a way to find out ''how often I had a blocked nose, or how many times I had an asthma attack, would your programme be able to give me a summary?'' There are a number of ways you can track this in HealthFrame: 1. You can create separate journals for each of these occurrences and then you can look at the ...

  • Re: Day to day health

Now, you can start tracking your day to day health using a journal. For the sake of this conversation, I'll call it ''Day to day health''. I will create entries for each of the combinations of day and hour that you listed. In fact, it'll look a lot like what you sent us (three entries for three different times on the same ...

  • Re: Day to day health

You ask some really good questions. Let me try and answer how HealthFrame can capture the information you asked. First, I would start by creating entries for your conditions, medications and tests: - 2 conditions: asthma and blocked nose - 5 medications: Sinutab, thophylline, Zyrtec, Beclate and Nebuliser - 2 tests: peak ...

  • Re: 2.0.3 - Report - Medical History

First, I think this complaint only applies to Tests, but if you also think it applies to Treatments, then please clarify. For HealthFrame 2.1, we've added many new reports, and an extensible reports mechansim. We've also added optional support to the Medical History Summary report to display the test results in tabular form.

  • Re: Medications Record

If you are trying to keep track of refills for an existing prescription, you only need to track the 'expense' associated with each of the refills (please see image below). If you have multiple different prescriptions for the same medication (typically multiple years), you have the option to document each individual prescription as below OR you can

  • Re: 2.0.3 - Report - Medical History

Thanks for the suggestions on how we can improve the medical history summary report. One improvement will be available in the upcoming HealthFrame 2.1 release is support for OpenHealth Service reports. In a nutshell, it will allow for us to create custom reports as well as reuse industry-provided reports. Note for instance, the default
