HealthFrame 2.1 has been released and among the many new reports, there is a medication summary report (see report for sample patient Susan Marie Taylor).
Please note that all reports are customizable, allowing you to control the content of what gets generated.

With HeatlhFrame 2.0 and later, the method you described for dis-associating a test from its related Visit will work just fine - with only ONE exception.
