    What operating system are you using? What particular activitiy were you doing when you received the error message? Can you provide us with a screen shot? Is this reproducible or random? Please note that if we need to, we can set up a GoToMeeting session with your computer and help figure out what is going on.

    HealthFrame supports password protection for the personal health records (PHRs) it generates.&nbsp; Note that this level of password protection will provide security for loaded and backed up (.HFBK)versions of your personal health record files.&nbsp; If you were to copy a .HFBK file to your TREO, that file would be encrypted until you tried opening
