Robert,Thank you for the suggestion and for the background. This does indeed seem like a useful technique and we are always looking for ways in which HealthFrame can help patients and providers collaborate in the collection and analysis of personal health data. Before I get into the details of how you can facilitate exporting blood pressure ...

Thank you for the suggestion to leverage a copy & paste/save as... mechanism to facilitate the creation of user-defined test panels/templates!Also thank you for the suggestion to allow for the customization of UNITS. > The only check I might have done was open the Medical History Summary to see if the change was processed – it wasn’t.Ah!!! I didn't check the Medical History Summary report. Robert,I followed the steps you indicated in your posting and I was able to reproduce the problem (see attached image). There is ONE caveat however: HealthFrame is actually saving the data - what you see is a display bug. The bug of course is that the page shows as if it were unsaved (green coloring in the navigation panel on the left). We ...

William,Thank you for the additional clarification. The organization location information you speak of is accessible from the individual provider via a link (see the chain link icon circled in red in the picture below). You are right that the information does not get copied into the individual provider's record.
