Thanks Jennifer!
This is a great idea! But I HOPE the features we're working on (better filtering) will allow you to use normal visit types, and still be able to break down your visits by the sorts of logical categories you want.
Please also look at the new Visit Summary report which has group by Provider, which might help.

>>> there doesn't appear to be a way to filter the visits by concern or by activity, which would be helpful
o First - I'm very happy you were able to see the design of using filters as my intended way for you to subset this information. I put in enough filtering functionality to be useful (I hope) for v3, but do intend to add more (gradually).

There are really several issues here.
First, let me deal with the easiest (and most embarrassing). Internally, HealthFrame maintains a set<> ordered by ID of track locations associated with any contact (including the PHR Owner). So this bug should apply to ALL contacts (pharmacy, doctor, and YOU).
Fortunately, its not a data model error - just a ...

FYI, the issue with date filters not working correctly (last N years, etc) has been fixed for v3.0.1 (available very soon).

You can copy either plain text (part of contact like name) or the entire contact.
Depending on what you copy, that is what you paste.

We are starting to look into this.
We currently have the ability to read/write CCR, and to write CCD, but we just begun the process of looking at CCDA, and don't yet have a good estimate of the time frame.
Prioritization will depend on customer feedback (how important customers feel this feature might be).

HealthFrame v3 has officially been released.
People who have helped with beta testing the HealthFrame v3 release will receive a free upgrade, as well as anyone who has purchased since March 1st 2016.
Existing HealthFrame v2 customers can upgrade for $20, by using their existing HealthFrame v2 license code as a 'coupon code'.
You are all welcome ...

One more thing - is that to some extent with HealthFrame v2, and to a greater extent with HealthFrame v3, you can copy and past contacts between PHRs.

Several points.
One, on the 'linked family members' - you are right, that there is exceedingly limited benefit to that feature in 2.11, which is among the reasons it was removed for v3 (or maybe generalized).
On the issue of sharing contacts between PHRs, this is one of the major new features of HealthFrame v3. In HealthFrame v3, you simple set a
