I took a while writing the previous post and found after clicking "Post" that I needed to "Log in" again. Fortunately I was able to Go Back, highlight the text and Ctrl-C my message, Log In, click on New Message and Paste the text.
Just be careful not to exceed the time limit of the site Log In policy, or better yet, create the message on your text program, copy, and paste in the message space.
