Please give it a try and let us know if you're still having issues. (It may be a browser issue, so maybe try a couple of different browsers if you have issues still).
Using HealthFrame Viewer is preferred - as you said - for the full display of data.
Records for Living does not currently have plans to sell preformatted pen drives, but we are willing to partner with businesses that may wish to market re-branded versions of HealthFrame, available for distribution in pen drives.
