I am running HealthFrame through Parallels on a mac. The error message is coming from Internet Explorer. With the tools available to me, I was unable to get more information about what is being sent.
I will attach the screen shot with this message.
Though I appreciate your confirmation that nothing is being sent in response to a save operation, the software is telling me otherwise.
