    Question about saving data

Have just started entering information. Have much more to add. How do you go out and come back in again, without losing data.

    Re: Question about saving data

HealthFrame stores the information you enter (about yourself and your family) into a local database in your computer.

All you have to do is start HealthFrame, create a new personal health record (PHR) and start entering data.  As you enter (or import) information, you may be prompted to 'save' the data.  All of the saved data will be kept and will be available for the next time you re-start HealthFrame.
