    HealthFrame Works Server 1.0 question

How do I ensure the PHR's are being stored on the HealthFrame Works Server?  I know the software keeps a local copy of the PHR, does a copy automatically go to the server also? I'm using HealthFrame Family Edition to enter the information into the PHR.

Re: HealthFrame Works Server 1.0 question

    Luke,

The current version of HealthFrame Explorer does not support automatic uploading to the HealthFrameWorks Server.  Future releases will be configured to allow for automatic synchronization to one or more PHR repositories - in a manner that can be controlled by the user.

For now, you need to use the Send PHR/Receive PHR menu items to exchange PHR information with the HealthFrameWorks Server.

You can verify the data has been uploaded using a couple of different mechanisms:
    • Use the HealthFrame Viewer to download the PHR from the HealthFrameWorks Server
    • Use the web user interface to access your HealthFrameWorks Server, and use any of the loaded reports (medical history summary, AAFP CCR, etc)
Please let us know if you need additional assistance.
