    Download Difficulties

    I have attempted to download the trial software with three different browsers (Internet Explorer, Netscape, Mozilla) with all Virus and Firewall software turned off.

    It goes to 21.6 meg of the download and locks up.
     

    I would sure like to try the software but cannot test it if I cannot get it.

    For details on resolving download difficulties, you may wish to consult the 'download troubleshooting' web page:

        Basically - it suggests clearing your browser cache (where you probably have a cached bad copy) - and re-downloading, or downloading from our ftp site.

        If you are still having difficulties, you can try downloading from a partner download site:
           http://www.recordsforliving.com/HealthFrame/Demo/PartnerDemoDownloadSites.aspx

        If you have trouble downloading from CNET, for example, then try downloading some other programs from CNET (your problem is most likely that some 'firewall' or other protective software is preventing downloads, or a virus is corrupting them).

        If you can successfully download other programs from CNET, but not HealthFrame, then please let us know, and we'll try to dig deeper.
