• Re: Favorites Not Backed Up?

support@RecordsForLiving.com:Brian,I double-checked with our development team and you are absolutely right. The favorites do not currently get stored as part of the backups. This is left over from an earlier design, which made a distinction between user interface customizations vs. 'actual' data.We will look into changing this behavior for ...

  • Favorites Not Backed Up?

It doesn't look like they do. I was running the demo version on my laptop and set up a few favorites. I made a backup file. I purchased the software from my desktop and installed it. I sent the backup file from my laptop to the desktop and restored it. As far as I could see everything seemed to restore except the favorites. Is there anything else ...

  • Entering Repeat Tests

Is there a way to copy the last test done and then just change the values and date? Someone taking their glucose level would appreciate this. I have tests done fairly regularly and there are usually a lot of things measured. I would love to be able to copy the last test and then fill in new values.

  • Re: Links, Units, Ranges?

Thank you very much! I like the idea of just making a separate journal for ranges to link to. That keeps it separated from my other journals. BTW, I really like this program and I am off to buy it. Are updates provided for a set time or until certain new versions are released?

  • Calendar & Tests

I started putting in my appointments through the calendar and the visits show up fine on the calendar. If I go through the calendar and add a test event, it doesn't show up in the calendar. Am I doing something wrong?

  • Re: Links, Units, Ranges?

support@RecordsForLiving.com:Thank you for your interest in HealthFrame and for your kind comment. I see that later in this thread you figured out how to enter units that weren't built-in by default. In general, when HealthFrame provides a list of possible values, it also provides the option to enter your own data by selecting the ellipsis ...

  • Re: Links, Units, Ranges?

Thank very much for your replies. I still have a question concerning a couple of items. If I backup the directory you reference and had a complete hardrive failure, would there be any problem restoring this directory and having the re-installed program use it? Could you please expand on point number 1. above? Are you saying to enter dumby tests ...
