• Re: Mileage calc. zip

What about the current year 2008 IRS Mileage Deductions? I read where it was 19 cents per mile driven for medical or moving purposes for 2008. Is that right?http://www.irs.gov/newsroom/article/0,,id=176030,00.html It would be cool if we could add mileage to/from an appt then it calculates total for expense. In the meantime, we can do a manual

  • Re: Providers / Organizations - website

I was just going to suggest we needed a Website field and also a Related Information area to the Organizations, but I see it's already on the list of future improvements. In the meantime, I could add the URL to an e-mail or Notes field.

  • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

What would be the best way to manage Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)? An FSA allows an employee to set aside a portion of his or her earnings to pay for qualified expenses as established in the cafeteria plan, most commonly for medical expenses but often for dependent care or other expenses. Money deducted from an employee's pay into an FSA is not

  • Re: Sorting of Related Informaiton

Yes, this would be a great enhancement. I noticed that the Conditions, Medications etc were sorted alphabetically, and the Vists by date in decending order, but when I looked at related records I've added so far, there was Related Information in whatever order (perhaps by input id). I saw a Visit, URL, Medication, one Expense, another Visit, ...

  • Re: Add Blood Tests To ‘Only Common” List??

The current Template (and future update improvement) sounds great, but I currently only have MS Word/Office 2003, so I assume I need to get Office 2007 for the XML-compliancy. Perhaps when I upgrade my computer. Tonight, I added all those tests/results individually as Tests to a Visit and it was very time-consuming. I wouldn't want to ...

  • Re: Newbie Questions and Suggestions

I would consider the next most useful types of records to support copy/paste would be tests and visits first, then treatments and medications. Is there a way to delete a bad value added to a drop-down?

Thanks for your response. That's what I've done. Great mind think alike! :)

  • Re: Suggestion: Mulitple Tabs for separate PHRs

I am an individual with a family vs a provider/coach. Since I'm in the middle of the evaluation, I do have lots of ifo to copy (I wish I could copy Visits, Medications etc too). However, even after current/old info is entered, there will be many times that I need at least 2 phrs open. I try to schedule my kid's dental and check-up appts at the

  • Can have multiple Visit Types?

Sometimes on a doctor visit, it might be for multiple reasons. It could be a well check-up, receive immunization, chronic med mgt etc., but it appears that I can only select one Type on a Visit record. Would like this field to be multiple-selection. Thanks!
