• Re: Location, location, location!

Bill, LOL. There was similar discussion earlier this year. Try the Search on 'organization' and look for April 9, 2007 in particular.

  • Suggestion - Add on to Visits window v2.1.6

Most times the next visit date and time are established at the end of the office visit session, so I enter that as a Add New visit after recording the After Visit Notes. What would be nice in the Visit window is new fields to enter the Next Visit Date and Next Visit Time, then have the program create the Add New visit with the Basic ...

  • Re: Dates of Tests

Bill, I've spent considerable time inputting a large and varied amount of data into HFE for my wife...made mistakes along the way, discovered features by trial and error, offerred a number of suggestions and so forth. This is a good application and well worth taking the time to become familiar with it. There is much to be ...

  • Re: Location, location, location!

Another use for this field is for companies that have more than one location in a city and they (or you) identify them by their street or area location - such as The Orange St Facility, or Brown Ave Facility.

  • Re: Dates of Tests

Heres the low down on how to enter information in Ordered and Administered sections of TESTS. It is easiest if the office VISIT when the order was given and the VISIT to the test facility are created first, before creating the TEST record. This is assumed in the following explanation. We start in the window for a new test. First, expand ...

  • Re: Pharmacy Record Suggestions v2.1.6

Pill Management can be difficult. Heres a few things to consider currently my wife is taking nine prescribed meds and three supplements issued by four different doctors and supplied by five different pharmacies; we are on retired and on Medicare. Being on Medicare and needing some expensive drugs she runs out of the initial $$ coverage limit ...

  • Re: Copy/Paste in Test Value Column v2.16

    >Any suggestions?< Actually there are a few more suggestions for the Tests section in particular...in rough(only I can understand) form. Starting this Wednesday I'll have more time to be at the computer. Deciding which ideas are worth while may help with the current quandry.

  • Re: Auto sign in feature

Strange, I'm using IE v7.0.5730.11. MS implies that when browsing issues do not work with IE 7 that it's someone elses problem to resolve, not theirs. LOL

  • Copy/Paste in Test Value Column v2.16

Intro - Intent is to record text without Units. Under Home>Health>Tests>Test (xyz) - any text with an keyboard Enter ending (e.g. separation of two paragraphs) copied from another source and pasted under the Value column fails to include the text of the second paragraph. Also, while in the Value window hitting Enter ...

  • Conditions Suggestions v2.1.6

Under Home>Health>Conditions (list of Conditions page) the program is set to show the first symptom in the Symptoms column, which seems less suitable information than showing the Comments text. Granted the column is limited, but will display something like the diagnosed ICD9 number or other more pertinent information than the first ...
