• Re: follow-up visit

This is a small part of a much larger feature cluster we are (strongly) considering for HealthFrame 3.0 (plan of care). When we support plan-of-care, we will make it easy to track referrals, integrate with calendar, and manage follup up appointments, procedures, treatments, and activities (e.g. excercise), and much much more. Sorry we cannot get ...

  • Re: follow-up visit

Thank you for your suggestions! We have added 'Follow-up Viist' as a 'visit type' in the visit details page for HealthFrame 2.0. I don't understand what you mean about adding follow-up under preparation and post-visit notes. If you mean that you would like these areas ...

  • Re: vaccinations

Dear Christine, The Immunization Wizard is the component of HealthFrame that displays recommendations and actual vaccinations. The schedule is based on the CDC's immunization schedule (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention). Having said that, some pediatricians do, as you indicate follow a different schedule. FYI, ...

  • Re: You need an active internet connection

This should only occur if your web connection is in offline mode. You can see if this is happening by starting up Microsoft Internet Explorerer, and trying to navigate. If it warns you you are in offline mode - it will offer the opportunity to go into ONLINE mode. Select online, and this problem should go away.Alternatively, rebooting will likely ...

  • Re: Trouble with attachments

Now I'm very suspicious that this problem has crept up recently (perhaps one of those periodic automatic system patches?). I'm virtually certain we've tested this with MS Word documents and 1.0.3. Anyhow - I've verified your bug report today with HealthFrame 1.0.3 (I reproduced the bug), and at the same time verified that this works fine with ...

  • Re: Print Medical History Summary

We appologize for this bug in HealthFrame 1.0.3. We have corrected the bug for our next release, but in the meantime, there is a very simple work-around. The bug only occurs if you print while the medical history summary is fully expanded. If you contract the medical history summary section (as pictured below), and print, the problem will ...

  • Re: Trouble with attachments

With HealthFrame 1.0 attachments become a part of your personal health record (PHR). In other words, they are copied to your PHR and HealthFrame no longer looks at your computer's hard disk for updated information. Future versions of HealthFrame will support linking to attachments that are copied into HealthFrame as well as linking to files ...

  • Re: suggestions

Dear Christine, By 'components that one may not use' do you mean high-level navigation sections of HealthFrame, such as for instance, ''Communications'' or ''Activities'' or ''Devices''? If this is what you mean, HealthFrame 1.0 has built-in support for what we call IntelliNav. If you have enabled the IntelliNav feature (check your ...
