• Where are my personal files stored on computer

I'm evaluating the Healthframe software and I want to move my data file from one computer to a laptop where I intend to keep the records - I cannot find the data file I created for myself. Lee

  • Re: Family History and CCRs

THANKS! It works great. Note: Sometimes I don't know what exact condition to use since it's so technical.

  • Re: Window Size

Hi, Thanks for the quick response. My resolution is 1280x800 so that doesn't seem to be the problem. The initial background screen can't be resized because the small window that asks for the PHR has the focus and cannot be dismissed to enable changing the background window. Give it a try. I think it is the way that the app is programmed. I don't ...

  • Re: Window Size

Hello, William!Do you know what your screen resolution is? (Please see image below for Control Panel/Display option to find out your screen resolution). The reason I ask, is because HealthFrame currently has a screen sizing algorithm that is designed to optimize the display of information, given the screen availability. If you have 'low ...

  • Window Size

I want to open HealthFrame in a sizable window. As it stands now, the program always starts with a maximized window with a smaller window asking for file to open. If I open my PHR a new window appears. If I size that window and then close the program, when I then open the program again, I am presented with the maximized window and the smaller ...

  • Re: medical mileage

Drix,We're no tax experts, but there seems to be evidence from a number of websites that ''Medical miles can be claimed for miles driven to and from the doctor or dentist, and to and from a pharmacy to pick up a prescription.'' Nice catch! You haven't been working on your taxes, have you? You can keep track of this information ...

  • Printing issues on an otherwise FABULOUS program

Hello, Thanks so much for such a thorough, user-friendly program. The only issue is printing. I'm running HealthFrame 2.1.6. When printing the medical summary, it doesn't include the descriptions/notes that were entered with the individual treatments. If I print them individually, it cuts off part of the information. The same ...

  • medical mileage

Is mileage to/from pharmacies and doctors (to pickup prescriptions since controlled substance) considered medical mileage? I would think so.
