    Luke,Try cropping the images so that they are 'square' in dimensions.&nbsp; HealthFrame currently does not support cropping, so you need to do it before uploading the image.We plan on introducing improved image handling support in future upgrades.Thank you for bringing this to our attention and sorry for the inconvenience,Support Team

  • HealthFrame Works Server 1.0 question

    How do I ensure the PHR's are being stored on the HealthFrame Works Server?&nbsp; I know the software keeps a local copy of the PHR, does a copy automatically go to the server also? I'm using HealthFrame Family Edition to enter the information into the PHR.

    When adding a new appointment the field should ''pre-enter'' the current date as default date (subject to change of course)Time entries: Allow 24-hour (''military time'').&nbsp; Much easier for some to work with.&nbsp; For those who don't, continue to permit the use of the AM/PM protocol.
