In the bottom portion of this screen, would it no make sense to have the listing of the providers like what there is on tests, etc? Also, the memo field could be filled with the drug name, test name, etc – or the user could enter from the field. With this, a selection could be added for “drug-CoPay” using the same format as the Patient Co-Pay ...

Is there a place on the screen for the medications that the co-pays can be entered like there is on the visit screen for a medical provider?

Would it not be good to add the website to the providers and organizations, there is the email  - only makes sense to me.   Also, with this, when doing prescriptions online, such as refills, then the user can go here and click to get to the site for the refills. It would also be nice to fill in the information on the website, but they ...

I went to the forum to make suggestions, but could not find it clearly. I did find a discussion but could not figure out how to include a screen image – the screen capture and post did not work – is there a better way or some instructions to follow?

Why does my home page titled “Jeffrey’s Personal Health Record Home Page” Under the “Your Health” heading have Conditions none and Medications none. I have filled out all my conditions and medications and they are visible when conditions are clicked on. Why do they not appear on this page? Is there a way to have them listed here?
