I understand that I can use the ... (ellipse) but I would expect this to be used for some of the non-standard measures.

One of my lab reports pertaining to Hematoloyg shows ''thous/MCL'' not what is listed in the drop down, and ''mill/MCL'' not what is listed in the drop down. if these are different can the ones that I have mentioned be added?

In addition so that the report is more readable in this areas, if an indentation of about 8 characters is used, then the dates of the various tests can be easily spotted and read. As the report is now, it is hard to find the date even with the underline.

Subject: Ordered date and Administered date
When the medical report is printed, if the ordered date and the administered date is the same, then only one date appears. Where as with the order date and the administered date being two different dates, both appear and are annotated as an order date and an administered date. Can this be changed to have

Further observation: it appears that when the conversion was done, not all the data from the earlier version related to the tests came over and this is what is presenting the problem of being unable to edit the prior Version 2 entries for tests.

When the values and the units of measure are printed on the report, it appears that there needs to be a ''space'' between them. For example - ''150mm HG'' would be ''150 mm HG''. This change improves readability of the report values and measures when discussion and review with the health care providers.

Just came across a test that was done in 2004, that was entered in Version 1 and I was able to edit it and make the changes. So, this might be a way the data was converted, not sure - but right now would say ''unclear problem/issue''.

When a test measurement is being added during the ''add new'', the new field line is created and displayed, but the cursor focus is somewhere else than in the new field of the new line for the measurement. Is this a correct? or a program problem within the version?
