• Re: Favorites Not Backed Up?

Brian,I double-checked with our development team and you are absolutely right. The favorites do not currently get stored as part of the backups. This is left over from an earlier design, which made a distinction between user interface customizations vs. 'actual' data.We will look into changing this behavior for upcoming major releases.I have ...

• Re: Calendar & Tests

Brian,When the customizations feature was first introduced, it was not introduced in all of our application pages. In particular, you'll note that the calendar page does not have the ellipsis (...) that invokes the customization menu. The reason this is relevant is that when we originally designed the calendar, we had to make some decisions ...

• Re: Links, Units, Ranges?

Brian, please do not apologize for all your questions. We appreciate them! Hearing from our users helps us prioritize areas of improvements in future releases. Thanks! As for your questions...Yes, if you backup the entire directory, then in case of a disk crash you should be able to recover all of your data. Please note

• Re: Links, Units, Ranges?

Thank you for your interest in HealthFrame and for your kind comment. I see that later in this thread you figured out how to enter units that weren't built-in by default. In general, when HealthFrame provides a list of possible values, it also provides the option to enter your own data by selecting the ellipsis (...) at the bottom of the ...

• Re: Graphs Question

Hi, Brian! You can have as many user-defined graphs as you want, by using HealthFrame's customization feature (please look for the ellipsis - ... - button on the label line on the user defined graph page). The basic idea is that you create a customization, and then save it (give it a name). You can then reuse it however many times you want. Here

• Re: Changed computers

Hello, John! Here are the steps you need to take to start using HealthFrame on your new computer:Go to your old computer and create a new backup file (File/Save PHR Backup...) for each of the personal health records you are tracking in your computer. Store these backup files in a location that you will remember.Copy the backup file(s) to a ...
• Re: GPeg

HealthFrame has a standard pattern for allowing users to extend the values that are listed by default for most of the drop down lists. If you scroll to the bottom of the drop down list for Medication Route, you should see an ellipsis (...). If you select it, a new text field will show up where you can enter the appropriate data ...
• Re: Average Blood Pressure

There is currently no built-in report that provides the average blood pressure - this is a great suggestion for an OHS Plug-in! :-)In the meantime, you can take advantage of HealthFrame's ability to export results and have them imported into popular spreadsheet programs such as Microsoft Office Excel, Google Spreadsheets, or OpenOffice.org ...
