I can’t find a way to print out my
medications and give them to my doctor. I can print the screen but that does not
contain all the data. Please help.

In pondering this further it might be useful to the family of the patient to know how the device is used – this would be a text box and could be a drop down as daily, weekly as needed.

In thinking again, in some ways these common set might be able to be extracted from the roles that are provided with the providers – I would think that the most common ones could be used, and then the more unique – not that much used, could be eliminated from the drop down.

This might be picky, but I just noticed this – the organization data box has a different font style and size the other data boxes on the screen – just my pickiness of consistency showing up !

In the Role(s) field, can this be lengthened to the right to align and then show the full role on the screen? As you can see here in this shot, it is being cut off, not truncated but cut off in the display.
Also, has any one requested to have more than one role for a provider? I can’t right off see a need, but it could be ...

Would the organization types of Dental, Eye Care, Podiatrist, be good here – I am not trying to get the list long, but it would seem that some of the more common ones could be listed and thus keep the undefined (…) with the optional text box there for the unique non-common ones.

When a medication is to be taken for a long period of time, would it be an enhancement to “duplicate” the entry and then just change the start date, end date, and refills when the medication has refills?
When a new prescription for the same medication is written after the number of refills has been exhausted, then the duplication would carry ...
