Can someone PLEASE help me with this? I tried another one tonight and it failed. I tried to save it as a old Word Doc file instead but no diff. I recently upgraded to Windows 10 - not sure if that would make a difference with just an import.

I've used the Comprehensive Metabolic Panel docx template to save test results and import file into Healthframe and I've never had problems until now.

I found out that the 2011 mileage rates increased from 7/1/11-12/31/11.
Medical rates:
January 1 - June 30, 2011 = .19/mile.
July 1 - December 31, 2011 = 23.5/mile.

Can you update 2011? In the meantime, I'll calculate it manually from an export.

Do you have the download for the 2011 IRS Mileage Deductions yet?
It would be helpful for my 2011 taxes.
Why don't you do the 2012 also?

Do you have the Mileage for 2011 yet? It should be 19 cents per mile driven for medical purposes. Thanks!

Thanks again for the 2009 and 2010 Mileage. I had to reinstall everything after a recent HD crash so I had to find the files again. They are not on the RFL OpenHealth Services Directory page - please add - so I searched and found them again in this thread.

My son just had a Comprehensive Food Panel (IgG ELISA) done and I'm not sure how to record the results. I couldn't find any food panel, or how to include it in the Allergies (i.e. Rye, Gluten). Besides just scanning and attaching the test results, how else can I record the data?

Yes, I've been waiting for the 2009 Mileage for some time too. Per IRS.gov, 2009 mileage is 24 cents per mile driven for medical or moving purposes. The new 2010 rates are out as of 12/3/09 - 16.5 cents per mile driven for medical or moving purposes. Can you add them both? Thanks!
