  • Re: Adding and editing tests

Yes, this is one of the issues I've mentioned in a post or two before, and my work-around was to use self-administered wherever I could, but you are correct -- that isn't really accurate and context is lost as a result. I typically try to recover from that by addressing the fact in the notes, but that has it's issues as well.

  • Re: Lab Test visit type

Excellent point. This is also true of units when recording test results. As these change over time, or from one lab to another, it would be useful to be able to add to the list in a permanent fashion as you say, rather then typing the ''new'' entry in again and again, risking the potential typo.

  • Re: Visit location

That's an excellent point, and I agree. Sounds like you live in a large area, but even in small areas, practitioners do not just practice in one location only, and tracking to which location I went to see the practitioner would be useful.

  • Adding and editing tests

Currently, in the Ordered section, populating the [During Visit] field auto-populates and locks the [By] and [Date] fields. It is possible to have tests ordered by different contacts during a visit. It is possible for tests to be ordered on multiple days of a visit. While auto-populating the fields might speed data entry in most cases, locking the ...

  • Re: Medical History Summary - Pick a sort!

I agree with your comments about sorting. Being consistent would make the application MUCH easier to use and quicker as well. And ''Records for Living'' contact agreed and said that changes were coming in 3.02 in a few months. That has been many many months (a year?) ago.So I don't know when to expect these changes. There are several other areas ...

  • Re: Medical History Summary - Pick a sort!

I try to search on subjects before posting, but somehow missed that there are planned changes to sorting slated for the v3.0.2 incremental release. Looking forward to that.Used the Medical History Summary for my ''new patient'' visit to my new PCP. They were thrilled to have the report, less thrilled with the way it was sorted, but still, over ...

  • Discharge date for multi-day visits

It would be nice to be able to track the discharge date and time for hospitalizations and other multi-day visits. Default discharge to same as visit date. Default discharge time to same as visit time if blank.

  • Section missing

Today when I opened my health record, the section ''Encounters'' is missing. I tried downloading a new demo copy. The section re-appeared. I ran the automatic sync and closed the app. When I reopened it, the Encounters section was again missing.
