• Re: Trouble with attachments

Now I'm very suspicious that this problem has crept up recently (perhaps one of those periodic automatic system patches?). I'm virtually certain we've tested this with MS Word documents and 1.0.3. Anyhow - I've verified your bug report today with HealthFrame 1.0.3 (I reproduced the bug), and at the same time verified that this works fine with ...

  • Re: Trouble with attachments

For completeness, please check that Microsoft Word attachments will open as well. I experienced the same problem with .doc files as I did with .xls files. Thanks, -- Les

  • Re: Print Medical History Summary

We appologize for this bug in HealthFrame 1.0.3. We have corrected the bug for our next release, but in the meantime, there is a very simple work-around. The bug only occurs if you print while the medical history summary is fully expanded. If you contract the medical history summary section (as pictured below), and print, the problem will ...

  • Print Medical History Summary

Dear Sir/Madam: I am trying to print a Medical History Summary on my printer (Xerox WorkCenter PE16). Each time I print, however, the first page cuts out a significant amount of information which is not continued on the next page. Is there a way to fix this, or to cut and paste the information from the Medical ...

  • Re: suggestions

i meant to be able to customize the drop down menus by adding/removing items that we may not use so one does not have to search in the pre defined lists for tests, treatments, activities, conditions, etc. another option is to simplify the menus with the most common and have user defined for the lesser knowns. thank you Christine

  • Re: Trouble with attachments

With HealthFrame 1.0 attachments become a part of your personal health record (PHR). In other words, they are copied to your PHR and HealthFrame no longer looks at your computer's hard disk for updated information. Future versions of HealthFrame will support linking to attachments that are copied into HealthFrame as well as linking to files ...

  • Re: suggestions

Dear Christine, By 'components that one may not use' do you mean high-level navigation sections of HealthFrame, such as for instance, ''Communications'' or ''Activities'' or ''Devices''? If this is what you mean, HealthFrame 1.0 has built-in support for what we call IntelliNav. If you have enabled the IntelliNav feature (check your ...

  • Re: well-child visits

Thank you for the clarification to your suggestion. 'Well-child visit' has been added to the built-in visit types for our next major release. Age/frequency recommendations and visit outcome expectations will require additional analysis by the design team. Thanks, Support Team
