• Re: Home Page Info

This problem is most likely due to the dates that you specified for the condition or medications. By default, HealthFrame only displays ACTIVE medications and conditions - not past ones. You've probably specified a date range for the medications indicating that you no longer take them.See the attached image for how you can check the dates you've ...

  • Home Page Info

Why does my home page titled Jeffreys Personal Health Record Home Page Under the Your Health heading have Conditions none and Medications none. I have filled out all my conditions and medications and they are visible when conditions are clicked on. Why do they not appear on this page? Is there a way to have them listed here?

  • Re: Is there any way to track medical expenses with this ?

HealthFrame 2.0 has now been released and here are some highlights of the expense management support. 1. Anywhere you can link 'related information' can also be used to track your medical expenses (visits, treatments, medications, medical devices, etc). 2. Any expense information that is associated with your medical record automatically becomes a

  • Re: Printing a List of Providers

Dear Bill, Thank you for the suggestion. We expect in the HealthFrame 2.x timeframe to support a number of new reports and we appreciate your input. We assume you'd like a list of the providers, including role (PCP, cardiologist, RN, etc), combined with their contact information. Is that correct? In the meantime, you can use the

  • Re: Hospitalizations and Surgery

Thanks for bringing up these questions. Perhaps they highlight areas where we need to improve our documentation. 1. You can enter hospitalization information in the Visits section. Simply select the 'hospitalization' visit type and when you generate the medical history summary report, they'll be shown in the hospitalization ...

  • Hospitalizations and Surgery

I think it is important to include a section on hospitalizations and on Surgery. Perhaps I missed them. These are different from treatments and should be displayed on the medical Summary report. I find you cannot display treatments unless you say they are ongoing( last date present) whereas surgeries occur on a specific date in the past.

  • Re: Recovering life-time health records

Unfortunately, medical records are not guaranteed to be preserved for the entirety of an individual's life. There is a useful link on the internet that lists legal requirements for the retention of medical records, by state: http://www.ahca.org/hipaa/state_mr_retention_laws.pdf This list may be outdated (Sept. 04), but it illustrates ...

  • Recovering life-time health records

I am trying to find answers of a medical condition, a condition I believe I was born with, I am 40 now, and I was wondering if their are records of every doctor a person see's in their life? In particularly, your pediatric doctor, your parents took you to as a child. Both of my parents are deceased, I would aprreciate any help you can give me!
