My wife and I are getting to know your program and are really enjoying the features. I just noticed that there is an upgrade available and will be getting that as soon as I can. We are looking for a way to simplify the process of obtaining family history from our parents so that we can input the information into Healthframe. Are there ...

  • Re: GMW-009: Weight Graph Starting at Age 20

This is a good idea, and we will definitely consider it.However - there is an important reason we did NOT do this from the outset.By default - all of HealthFrame's 'customizations' include all data (don't filter any data out). We fear it maybe confusing if data is missing or hidden without the user explicitly choosing to hide it.We need more ...

  • Re: GM-022: Please Clarify Links?

This is a data modeling bug in HealthFrame v2, which will be corrected in our next major release. In HealthFrame v1, we allowed for specific relationships to be created between objects, like a test being done at a visit. In HealthFrame v2, we created a general linking mechanism to create relationships among objects. In large part - we revised our ...

  • Re: GM-021: Can I Un-link Tests from Visits?

With HeatlhFrame 2.0 and later, the method you described for dis-associating a test from its related Visit will work just fine - with only ONE exception. Not surprisingly - the example you provided is that one exception: vital signs. We have corrected this bug for an upcoming bug-fix release. When that is available, you will be able to delete ANY ...

  • Re: GM-020: Printing User-Defined Graphs

That you for your generous compliments about our new user-defined graphs! We have reproduced this bug, and it has been corrected for our next bugfix release. In the meantime - there is a simple work around. If you change customizations using the 'Select Customization' menu (under the ... icon) - then printing works just fine. This bug you are ...

  • GMW-009: Weight Graph Starting at Age 20

This is not a big deal since we can set a Customized Date Range, but why not make it easier for new Users to just run this Graph preset to begin at Age 20? After all, you also provide the Growth Chart preconfigured to cover age 0-20, so why not preconfigure the weight chart to start after age 20? I am 59 years old, so I was puzzled myself the first
