We're happy to hear that you found the Mileage report useful. We have modified the report to include provider information (either individual provider or organization/hospital/etc). Please note that this information can only be extracted if you LINK the expense for the mileage to a visit with a specified provider.

I have attempted to download the
trial software with three different browsers (Internet Explorer, Netscape,
Mozilla) with all Virus and Firewall software turned
off.
It goes to 21.6 meg of the download
and locks up.
I would sure like to try the
software but cannot test it if I cannot get it.

Thank you so very much for your reply. Now I have another question, is it possible to change the Memo field in the report to the Provider field so the name of the provided will display as well as the date of service, and the mileage?

I am currently using your software ,however I had a computer crash and lost my backup files.
Is there a way to recover the backup files from your server or do I have to re-enter the data?
