• Re: Expense Types

In many cases, HealthFrame allows users to enter their own new types. For instance, visit types, frequency of medication, expense types, etc. Typically this is shown as an ellipsis (...) in a selection list and the user can then enter his/her own values. HealthFrame 2.1.6 does not store this user-entered information for subsequent ...

  • Re: Sorting Names of Physicians

You are welcome! We try to get back to our users as quickly as we can. We're glad to hear you're happy with our service. HealthFrame 2.1.6 supports sorting by two separate criteria: active or name. I believe by default the 'Active' option is the one selected, in which case the sort order depends on whether the individual ...

  • Re: Blood Pressure Panel vs Vitals

Dan, Thank you for the suggestion. We have built-in a lot of information into HealthFrame that will be used in future versions as part of improved 'filtering' support in reports, graphs, etc. For instance, when you self-administer any test (weight, blood pressure, blood glucose, etc) HealthFrame tracks that information (see test entry ...

  • Re: Slow when looking at test data

Dan, Thanks for the clarification. We've tried to reproduce the problem you describe but have had no luck with it. Would it be possible to set up a GoToMeeting conference call where you could show one of our tech support people the problem you're experiencing? It might help us identify the source of the problem more easily. If so, ...

  • Re: Compatibility with Windows Vista

HealthFrame has been compatible with Windows Vista since the 2.1.4 release (the current release is 2.1.6). If you have an earlier version of HealthFrame, remember that you can install the older version and then go to Help / Check Online for Software Updates. Thanks for using HealthFrame, Support Team

  • Re: Moving HealthFrame to a Vista Computer

Dear Michael, 1) HealthFrame installations by default installs itself in the 15-day evaluation mode. After you install HealthFrame, you need to enter your license code. (We have emailed your license code in a separate email to you) 2) There are a number of ways you can transfer your personal health record (PHR) data files. ...

  • Moving HealthFrame to a Vista Computer

Hello, Last year I purchased Health Frame Explorer from you. This week I moved to a new computer running Microsoft Vista. 1) Although I thought I had transferred the working version, I find that what I installed was the fifteen day trial version. I don't have the license key anymore. Can you send me the license key again ...

  • Expense Types

Is there anyway to permanently add an Expense Type? Right now I have added a couple of Expense types, however, with each new expense, I have to re-enter the Expense Type manually. Many thanks!

  • Sorting Names of Physicians

Hello and thank you so very much for all the quick responses I have received to my questions. I cannot seem to sort Individual Healthcare Providers by name. I have no problem sorting Organizations by name, but Individual Healthcare Providers is another story. Is this a bug? I have HealthFrame 2.1.6. Many thanks!
