In HealthFrame 2.1.4, would it be possible to (1) show the Rx number with the medication - this would provide more detail in knowing what is active, and what is discontinued; (2) When a medication is discontinued, would it be possible to how the date of when the medication was stopped; (3) Can the date appear fully under the ''Start Date:'', ...

And can the images that are already in the database, be extraced and then linked as you describe?

remember that the more images you store, the more that the database grows - a the files are inserted in to the data base as there is no linking to the file - thus the larger it grows, this will slowly start to slow down the opening as you are ''feeding the PHR'' with the images and other information.

The report in the areas of treatments for chemistry, Electrocardiagram, Hematology, etc is hard to read and the date of treatment or tests has to be searched. I would recommend one of the following: (1) The date for the office and/or treatment or / test could be bold with the underline to quickly see what the date was; or (2) have the second and ...

From what I have read here - there is more enhancements coming, but they are mostly scheduled for version 3 of the product as far as I understand. if you are looking as a next step to have some integration with a financial software such as Money or Quicken, then that is definitely a lot of work from just what small understanding that I have ...

I see that this could be used effectively and efficiently - as there are a number of types of visits, but I am using a work around by knowing the providers. However, if I sent the report to you - you would only know what the provider is by looking at the provider detail - and that is on the provider contact screen. Could you give an example?

The medical history report is a resume of the medical health encounters, treatments, visits, test, etc that have been done. if you could provide an example of what is not existing, I might give support to this.

after reading this one, I really don't consider eye glasses and contacts as devices - more in the vision profile. How would the migration from glasses or contacts to lasik be handled. In receiving and keeping the various eye care provider records (copy of them) there is a lot of information that is there, but doesn't mean anything to anyone else ...

Can you provide some more specifics here - this might be viable, but it is just to general - an example would be good as well.
