The current version of HealthFrame supports assigning a single visit type as a way to support high-level aggregation of visit information. You should choose for this field the closest approximation for the reason/purpose for the visit.

You are absolutely right that often a number of things take place during a visit, but that type of information can be tracked via "Related Information". For instance you state, "It could be a well check-up, receive immunization, chronic med mgt etc.". Consider that you could mark the visit as a 'well check-up' and then add links/Related Information to Immunizations, Medications, Treatments, etc.

Can have multiple Visit Types?

Sometimes on a doctor visit, it might be for multiple reasons. It could be a well check-up, receive immunization, chronic med mgt etc., but it appears that I can only select one Type on a Visit record. Would like this field to be multiple-selection. Thanks!
