We're happy that you figured out how to create standalone expenses. You are correct that with this release we have a data model limitation that does not allow users to create links (aka Related Information) to providers. We will be looking to correct that limitation in future releases.

Want Expense Register link to Organization/Provider (option to text Payee field)

New Evaluation: I figured out how to add a standalone expense of a prescription refill without a creating a Visit or new Medication using the Expense Register Report, but it would be nice to have a choice to search for Organization (i.e. Pharmacy) or Individual rather in addition to the current Payee text field. There wasn't a way to link the Pharmacy either since Organizations and Individuals are not in the Add Information Link list.
