Thank you for your interest in HealthFrame and for reporting this problem.

The particular report you are referring to is the Continuity of Care Record report developed and owned by the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) and the CCR Acceleration Task Force (of which Records For Living is a member).

This is a known bug in the AAFP's script that generates the report (XSL) script. We will update the report that is hosted in HealthFrame - as an OpenHealth Service (OHS) Plug-in - once the udpated version is released.

We are sorry for the inconvenience and encourage you to look into the Medical History Summary, which was developed by Records For Living and which should not have the issues with margins that you have reported.

Sir,

The continuity of Care detail and summary chop the right hand side of the data field off. How do I reduce the font size so I can print a complete report.
