Click Tests, Add New, and open Measurements with the intent of using only the ‘Item Name’ and “Value” fields to record a text test(like an x-ray): Currently the HFE program is designed to divide the column space equally between the “Item Name’ entries and the date, e.g. if History, Findings and Impression are input in three ‘Item Name’ fields, the MHS will display four equal columns, regardless of the length of the ‘Item Name’ entries or the length of the ‘Value’ text entries.

Consider (1) reprogramming the Date column to a fixed, short as practical, width rather than variable width and (2) if possible, reprogramming the ‘Item Name’ column widths so the column with the most text(the longest) in the ‘Value’ field receives the most column width without compromising the necessary widths of each of the ‘Item Name’ entries(the idea is to shorten the overall height of the entire Test text).

The (2) suggestion above may be a little tricky to program since a future date test record may have a different column with the longest ‘Value’ text. An alternative might be user adjustable column widths?
