How are upgrades handled?

1. A purchase of HealthFrame Family Edition entitles you to a permanent license for use by your entire household. You pay once and use the software for as long as you want.

a. When you purchase HealthFrame, you are entitled to all minor upgrades free of charge. For instance, HealthFrame customers who bought version 2.0 in May 2006, have upgraded to versions 2.1, ..., 2.1.6 for free. Whenever there are major updates, customers are given a significant discount.

b. If you buy a CD version of HealthFrame, you are given a chance to download immediately. In other words, customers who buy the CD version can also download HealthFrame at no extra cost.
