The Home>Health>Conditions page actually lists as many symptoms as will display in the column. Granted it is not very wide and if you have more than will fit, you should see an ellipsis (...) displayed in the column text. Please see images below and note that we added two symptoms for the pregnancy condition (leg cramps and nausea and vomitting). Both are displayed in the conditions list page.

It seems a good idea for us to consider making a number of options available - as part of customization - for which columns can be displayed. If this were to be enabled in future versions, you'd then be able to select the comments column, instead of the symptoms column.

You are correct that the current order of display for conditions in the Medical History Summary is somewhat confusing and we will try and fix it for our next release.

Under Home>Health>Conditions (list of Conditions page) the program is set to show the first symptom in the ‘Symptoms’ column, which seems less suitable information than showing the ‘Comments’ text. Granted the column is limited, but will display something like the diagnosed ICD9 number or other more pertinent information than the first symptom or nothing if a symptom isn’t recorded.

Clicking “Reports>Summary>Medical History Summary” and viewing Conditions, the Active conditions are listed chronologically with most current on top. The Past conditions, however, are listed with the oldest date on top, which conceivably would be displayed as the Active conditions.
