We're sorry for the problem you're experiencing. I have just tried downloading and the 22.2 MB downloaded in about three minutes. Do you know if you have a high-speed network connection?

Slow download

--I cannot get the trial program to download. When I start the download, it goes for as much as a half hour, and then stops with the message that Windows Vista cannot download because the program has timed out. I have tried at least 5 times with the same result.

Is there a solution?
