Please take the following steps to install HealthFrame in your new computer:

Download the latest version of HealthFrame onto your new computer from http://www.recordsforliving.com/HealthFrame/Demo/Request.aspx
Once the download is completed and HealthFrame is installed, please enter your license code (Options / Enter License Key... menu item)
In order to transfer your clinical record, on your old computer create a backup file (File / Save PHR Backup...). Please remember that in order to protect your privacy we recommend that you first password-protect your personal health record and then create backup files - in this way, the backup files themselves will be password protected in addition to being encrypted.
Transfer your backup file to your new computer using a USB key, iPod, or emailing to yourself.
When you have your backup file in your new computer, use the File / Restore PHR Backup... menu to load your backup (or alternatively, click on the Load Backup... button when HealthFrame starts up.

Remember that storing backup files of your personal health records is a recommended strategy in general, to make sure that you do not lose your medical records in case of a harddisk crash or loss of computer.

I am a happy customer of HealthFrame. I have a chronic illness, and it has really helped me organize my medical files, and keep all of my specialists up to date. I have recently bought a new computer, and I tried to download the program from the original order e-mail to the new computer. I received an error message saying that the URL was invalid. How can I put HealthFrame on to my new computer and transfer all of my file information?
