To install the OpenHealth Service Plug-In, unzip/uncompress and double click on the .OHSD file.

Does this look like what you're looking for? (See picture below).

This only does a report without co-pays. We'll add a report including co-pays, if this is OK...

Is there any way to generate a "Report" for "Visits" to include the "Reason for Visit"? For LTD reasons, I need to generate a report of my doctor visits, and the reason for each visit.

By the way, I do not want it to include any co-pay information at this time, but would like to have the option to include co-pay information.
