&lt;P&gt;If you have multiple different prescriptions for the same medication (typically multiple years), you have the option to document each individual prescription as below OR you can create a single medication entry and track the prescription number per expense (re-fill) entry.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please note that this assumes that your prescribing doctor does not change or that your dosage remains the same and that other relating information remains the same.&lt;/P&gt;
