1. Capture the image from the screen (ALT-Prnt Scrn will capture the active window; Prnt Scrn will capture the entire screen).

2. Start up MS Paint

3. Paste the image into MS Paint

4. Save As... and select .GIF type

5. In the forum, click on the Options Tab and click on the Add/Update button. Select your file. Post.

Note that (as I believe was discussed in the forum earlier) there may occasionally be some problems with the post. In this case, simply email the image and we'll work on uploading it for you.

Thank you for the suggestion regarding automating forum posts/entries. When we upgrade to a new system we will investigate our options in this regard.

Just a simple, clean and straight foward manner.

Also, in the future versions, do you thing that this would be something to automate, as there could be a "Suggestion/Problem" selection from the main menu and then allow the user to provide the associated text - emailing in to the forum is an option, but most likely this could be collected and placed in a temporary file, access to the website forum done automatically, and then right click to move this into the areas - might need to wait for the more customized forum changes. But something to consider.

Unfortunatelly, this is not software that we developed, so it'll take a replacement of the complete environment to fix this issue.

Since this will be a big effort (especially because we'd like to migrate all of the existing messages to the new environment), we're likely to defer it towards the end of the website update.

We're still updating our website content to reflect the many new features introduced in the 2.0 release of HealthFrame, and that will take initial priority for the website.

We're sorry for the temporary inconvenience,

1. At the HealthFrame discussion forum site, click on the New Post button (towards the top of the page).

2. Enter a subject line and message text

3. (Optional) You can actually post at this point, by clicking on the Post button (below the text entry section). This will make sure that you do not lose any text you have entered. If you posted your message, you'll need to click on the Edit button to add your images.

4. Whether you skipped step 3 or not, at this point you can add your image. Please click on the Options tab at the top of the page.

5. When you're in the Options tab, click on the Add/Update button. This will display a dialog box. Click on the Browse... button and navigate to the desired image file to be uploaded.

6. Once your image is uploaded you can click the Post button.

A few points to note:

- Only certain image file formats are allowed: .PNG, .GIF, .JPG and .BMP.

- Files are limited to 1 MB

- You can only upload a single image file. If you want to post multiple images you have a couple of choices: you can collate your images into a single file or you can email the images with a reference to the forum issue # to support@RecordsForLiving.com. We will attempt to collate the images and post.

- If you encounter any problems uploading images, please post the text and email us the images separately.

Note this website is a public site. Any images that contain portion of your medical records will be visible by any visitor to our forum site. If you can reproduce your suggestion or issue with ficticious data, that is best.
