With HealthFrame, you can use the built-in linking mechanism to keep track of your favorite health-related web addresses (URLs).

For instance, you can create a link from your condition page to as many related web sites as you’d like to. Links are available pretty much everywhere in HealthFrame and it should help you keep track of your favorite sites, at the appropriate context.

Once you create (and save) your link, you can simply click on the link icon and it’ll automatically bring up the page on your browser.
