So I gather you are using HealthFrame v3.0.1

You can verify that by looking at the about box.

I'm unclear if you hare having trouble opening your PHRs, trouble finding them, or once they are opened, trouble seeing things or just trouble making changes.

Perhaps you could share a screen shot of how far you did manage to get. Sometimes a picture can clarify the situation.

Can't open old records or add any new ones!!

Since downloading version 3.0 and it's update, I can't do anything within my HealthFrame program. My old information is all there but I can't open an old records or add any new ones. Nothing is working!

Any ideas?
