To be clear - the test itself and the provider ARE connected (in the data model and in the individual test UI). But there is no mechanism in the Medical History Summary Report to display this connection.

We have created a bug report (http://bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=946) - to track this feature request. Our (very tentative) plan would be to add a new "Test Results" report, which among other features - we plan to allow this sort of filtering and extra reporting. This is tentatively scheduled for HealthFrame v3.1 (but thats far enough off we aren't sure).

Thanks so much for your ideas!
Test/Provider "relationship" in Medical History Report

Is there any way to print out a list of Tests with the related doctor/facility where the test was done?

I have an appointment with a new doctor who, not only needs a medical history, but will also need information on when and where previous x-rays were done. The Medical History is great in providing when and what tests have been done, but the where and contact information is missing.

While I can add that to the Health Care Providers section of the report, there is no "connection" as to at which provider the test was done.

Many thanks for your great product!
